It was a bit of work planning and shopping and chopping and saucing yesterday, but we are off to a great start. We decided to use the 7-day meal plan in the book to get started. I was already pretty much paleo, but slipped waaaaay off track the past 2 months. I’m looking forward to getting back on track. Link to post Share on other sites
