Hello all! I am a stay at home mom of 2 young girls and have had enough of the ups and downs and sleeping issues so I’m turning to Whole 30. I have never done anything like this before and am nervous but very very excited! My oldest daughter has been suffering from terrible sleep issues the past 6 months leading to terrible behavior issues and so far nothing has helped.  I have done some research and have now realized how much food can play a part in sleep and so many different areas. I cannot wait to be a healthier, happier family. All tips and support will be needed! Here we go!!!!!!!
