I am going to use this thread to check in with myself every few days, not necessarily log my actual meals. Started R2 yesterday, January 24th, amid jet lag, possible head cold, and achey muscles from an intense trip overseas. I decided not to exercise for the first few days while my body re-adjusts to healthy food (I was eating heavily while overseas for a myriad of reasons) and being home. Doing good, but discovered/confirmed a food with no breaks today: almond butter. Now, i'm only allowing myself to eat it if I make it myself. If I really want it, I gotta work for it!
