Karin
Linnea-I will be in the same situation for a week. I palm on bringing some canned chicken with a can opener! I will pack a few sweet potatoes in hope of being able to microwave them. I have the mini sizes Lara Bar for emergencies. I will also pack cashews. I hope NOT to resort to fruit to fill the gaps. Hopefully I can find a grocery store and buy sweet potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower. When I eat out I will order fish, chicken or lean beef and be very specific about PLAIN steamed veggies. Hope this helps! Karin
