Day 1 (Jan 2, 2013)

Breakfast:

  • 4 eggs scrambled in clarified butter
  • 1 cup of black coffee

Lunch:

  • Grilled chicken breast (clarified butter)
  • half avocado
  • 1 cup of raw carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • drizzled with homemade balsamic vinaigrette

Dinner:

  • Zesty Chicken Salad (Grilled chicken breast, romaine, avocado, tomatoes)
  • 2 Nutty Strawberry Protein ball (hereafter, "caveman balls")

Snacks:

  • occasional sipping on coconut milk

Day 2 (Jan 3, 2013)

Breakfast:

  • 4 eggs scrambled in clarified butter
  • 1 cup of black coffee
  • 1 caveman ball

Lunch:

  • Grilled chicken breast (clarified butter)
  • half avocado
  • 1 cup of raw carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • drizzled with homemade balsamic vinaigrette

Dinner:


Snacks:

  • occasional sipping on coconut milk
