Sherry's Round 1 Log

Started yesterday with the following:

Day One

Breakfast - hard boiled egg, bowl of fruit

Lunch - Salad with chicken

Supper - Chipotle - taco salad with steak, mild salsa and guac

Snacks - dried pineapple, apple

Went to Trader Joe's and stocked up on ghee, spices, coconut amino, nuts, etc - excited to try them!


Day Two

Woke up very tired/groggy, otherwise normal. Tried coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk - could only choke down a few sips.

Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs, bowl of fruit

Lunch - Salad with tuna

Supper - tbd

Snacks - mixed nuts, banana

Day 2 

Supper - Chicken apple sausage, potatoes, carrots

Snacks - Fruit, Nuts, Lara Bar


Day 3

Breakfast - 3 eggs, banana

Lunch - Salad with chicken and egg

Dinner - Shrimp, cauliflower rice, broccoli

Snacks - Nuts, lara bar, fruit


Day 4

Breakfast - 3 eggs, compliant sausage, potatoes

Lunch - lara bar (was out and forgot to bring something)

Supper - Steak, potatoes, carrots, asparagus

Snacks - fruit
