sherryjak1030 Posted June 8, 2018 Share Posted June 8, 2018 Started yesterday with the following: Day One Breakfast - hard boiled egg, bowl of fruit Lunch - Salad with chicken Supper - Chipotle - taco salad with steak, mild salsa and guac Snacks - dried pineapple, apple Went to Trader Joe's and stocked up on ghee, spices, coconut amino, nuts, etc - excited to try them! Day Two Woke up very tired/groggy, otherwise normal. Tried coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk - could only choke down a few sips.
