jennpadgett Posted August 31, 2018 Share Posted August 31, 2018 I am committed to the full program, 100% for the full 30 days of September. There, I said it "aloud" so I'm all in. I turned 50 this year and simply cannot eat the same things I always have. I need a reset to help me figure out this new stage of life. My goals: redefine my relationship with food, control (remove) my cravings, and lose weight. I chose to start on 9/1 - because I like things to line up and I can focus on the 30th to get me through the hard days! Saying a day in October, just makes it seem so far away! Let's do this!
