I've recently decided to get my personal training and nutrition certifications from ISSA, so when I'm not working, I'm studying towards that. I am newly single and my 21 yr old son and I share a place. I'm 47, btw. Originally from San Francisco Bay Area. My W30 first day will be Jan 4. this coming Friday. I have the cookbook and the main book, so I'm set for now. I'm glad to be posting here and to have found this program. Down the line, I may offer W30 counseling to my fitness clients, so that could be an exciting partnership. So anyway, I will post again on the 4th with an update of the big day.
