New to the program

I have completed 28 days and am amazed. My joint aches and pains have disappeared, I am sleeping 8 hours on a regular basis, and I have lots of energy. I am pleased with the fact that I am enjoying wholesome foods and not hungry in between meals. I am mostly a vegetarian and so I have struggled with finding meals (no red meat, fish or sea foods). I have relied on RX bars and half a banana for my breakfasts and consumed seeds and nuts with salads a lot. I would like feedback on my use of the RX bar. In another 2 days I will start reintroducing food groups. I am reluctant to give up the good feelings that this eating program has provided, however.
