Day 3

Breakfast: 2 eggs with coconut oil, 3 slices of organic bacon and a banana with water.

Lunch: Made fresh salad restaurant-lettuce, chopped chicken, chopped eggs, tomato, carrots, and 4 slices of apple. Used vinegar and oil for dressing. Bottle water

Dinner- Paleo stirfry beef with broccoli and stirfry cauilflower rice.

Day 4-Jan 5 2013 Weight starting is 193.8

Breakfast-2 cage free eggs with onion, mushroom saute in coconut oil. 2 slices of organic bacon and a small bowl of fruit-peaches,strawberries and blueberries with coconut milk.

Lunch-Salad with carrot, mushroom, chicken, eggs, sunflower seeds and paleo dressing. Banana. Water

Dinner- baked sweet potato, French green beans with almond, and chicken. Small Bowl of fruit with coconut milk.

Day 7

Breakfast-2 cage free eggs with coconut oil, sausage and small bowl of strawberries and blueberries with coconut milk.

Tea with coconut milk and water

Lunch-Chicken salad with paleo olive mayo,onion,celery, couple of meatballs maccaroco, cashews

Dinner-Salisbury steak recipe from nan nano,spaghetti squash, green beans with almonds

Day 8

Breakfast- 2 scramble eggs with sausage and small bowl of strawberries, blueberries and coconut milk.

Lunch- leftovers Salisbury steak with spaghetti squash and green beans

Dinner- chicken breast breaded with egg and almond flour cooked in coconut oil, spaghetti squash, winter squash,kiwi
