Lunch: Made fresh salad restaurant-lettuce, chopped chicken, chopped eggs, tomato, carrots, and 4 slices of apple. Used vinegar and oil for dressing. Tina Cropper Posted January 5, 2013 Author Share Posted January 5, 2013 Day 4-Jan 5 2013 Weight starting is 193.8 Breakfast-2 cage free eggs with onion, mushroom saute in coconut oil. 2 slices of organic bacon and a small bowl of fruit-peaches,strawberries and blueberries with coconut milk. Lunch-Salad with carrot, mushroom, chicken, eggs, sunflower seeds and paleo dressing. Banana. Water Dinner- baked sweet potato, French green beans with almond, and chicken.
