New to forum

Hi, This is my second time doing Whole30.  I was successful last April and i am now on Day 8.  I am feeling good and getting into the groove of the program.  I love to cook and I am enjoying finding new recipes to try and changing old recipes to make them Whole30 compliant.  I think that I may stay away from certain food groups entirely after these 30 days.  I feel like some foods do nothing good for me.  I look forward to reading other members posts each day.

Here is a photo of my breakfast plate today:  tomato, cucumber, spinach, avocado, eggs, and local sausage.
