JLiu917 Posted January 5, 2013 Share Posted January 5, 2013 I'm on day 3 of my second Whole 30 stint, but unfortunately got sick just in time for it....I've been taking Mucinex to relieve my cough symptoms, but now rethinking if it's even allowed. I was going to postpone it but i figure why wait - now is probably more important than ever to eat clean and healthy.
