Hi,

I am starting the whole 30 tommorow. I've already been eating paleo since september, but I cheat waaaay to much, so I am commiting to this program.

Last friday I picked up 10 kgs of grassfed beef, all kind of different cuts, mmm can't wait to begin.

I started my whole30 on Friday, aside from snacking (on chicken and coconut butter and veggies) I have stuck to the program. BUT since I have been snacking, just wondering if I should restart and make tomorrow my Day 1?! With not so much (any) snacking.

I could start with you!
