The first few days were good, but today day 8 is tough. I find myself craving carbs and sugar. Any great tips for me? Anyone else on Day 8 out there? That was a tough time for me too but I made it thru (Day 22 now) and I feel amazing!! Try a recipe called "Comfort Noodles" I can't remember where I got it but it was delicious, if you cant find it let me know and I will send it to you.
