Every year for Lent I give something up for 47 days. This year I decide to go Paleo and Whole30 for 47 days. The first few days were good, but today day 8 is tough. I find myself craving carbs and sugar.

Any great tips for me? Anyone else on Day 8 out there?

Yes, one tip....keep going, you WILL get through it! That was a tough time for me too but I made it thru (Day 22 now) and I feel amazing!!

Try a recipe called "Comfort Noodles" I can't remember where I got it but it was delicious, if you cant find it let me know and I will send it to you. The julienne veggie peeler was great for this and you can buy it for like $16...

Keep up the good work, you can do this if I can!!
