jr23 Posted February 20, 2013 Share Posted February 20, 2013 Every year for Lent I give something up for 47 days. This year I decide to go Paleo and Whole30 for 47 days. The first few days were good, but today day 8 is tough. I find myself craving carbs and sugar. Any great tips for me? Anyone else on Day 8 out there?
