3/17 Beginning of my Whole30 and my new life

Hey everyone! I've been kind of getting my toes wet with the Paleo lifestyle for about a month or so, and now I'm ready to just dive in head first. I'm super lucky to have one of my best friends joining me. I'm in nursing school currently and I'll be graduating in May of 2014, and I can't think of a better way to start the new chapter in my life that will be coming after graduation.

I'm expecting some struggles with this but I know it will be so worth it. Does anyone (nurses perhaps?) have any suggestions about quick meals that don't take a whole lot of time to prepare or can be prepared in advanced? With 12 hour shifts at the hospital and classes all day finding more than 25 minutes to sit down and eat can be a little challenging.

I can't wait to start! As my friend said last night, "We're going to do this. It's going to be awesome. We're going to be awesome."
