Ursula Posted March 31, 2013 Share Posted March 31, 2013 Hi everyone, my name is Ursula and this will be my first whole 30. I've been around when it comes to the different nutritional approaches. I've been vegetarian, vegan, and raw vegan. I've tried paleo, and unbeknownst to me, whole9. Many years ago I was an Atkins dieter, lost a bunch of weight and gained kidney stones! I went off and gained almost everything back...then I decided to go unprocessed. It was something I ,are up as I went a long. It was pretty much the same as the whole30/whole9 concept. I had lots of energy and felt great. I later transitioned into raw veganism from there. After many years and many pounds...I'm back! I'm happy to have found whole30. It was difficult when I was trying to go unprocessed without any guidance (this was 15years ago). I've downloaded ISWF, and have already read the web sights down and dirty version to get started.
