Steamed Asian Parcels

Jamie Oliver, aka the Naked Chef, created this recipe and it is not only SUPER easy (I bought the chicken thighs preground), but it really takes about 20 mins of prep and 10 mins of cooking. So good! My husband was well impressed and it would be very easy to double, triple, etc. for a party (people will think it was much harder than it is)!

I dipped mine in coconut aminos and served it with broccolini and garlic stirfried in coconut oil. Best meal yet!
