Day 1-

B- asparagus and red peppers/ sweet potatoes/ locally sourced ground pork

L- ground beef and onions/ greens/ carrots/ salsa and mayo dressing/ strawberries

D- chicken and tomato sauce over green beans

S- mixed nuts and raisins

Can't wait to start sleeping like a baby and have amazing energy!!!

I feel really tired! Tough day at work and recovering from traveling.
