I'm going to give this another shot. I've been about 85% adherent for a few years now. I want to try to stay strict for at least a month to keep my discipline in tact.

4/8: dinner:chicken + salad

4/9 (plan)

breakfast: eggs + spinach

lunch: chicken + salad

lunch workout

snack: chicken + salad

dinner: steak
