Day One - April 12th

Howdy everyone,

Day one went fairly well, even with quite a bit of stress at work, but I have lots of negative support from my family. They seem to think that I am not going to eat enough food and that I'm going to become even skinnier. I have tried to explain to them that I'm going to eat plenty and instead will focus on eating healthy. I felt sluggish towards the end of Day one and had a minor headache but I believe this was due to strenuous exercise late in the afternoon and partial dehydration.

Any post-workout advice would be a great help because I am still not exactly sure what I need to eat. The protein drink used to be my go to, but I know that this is a big no no with the Whole30.
