Day 4 6:30am: (PWO Meal) half a sweet potato with about 3.5 ounces of chicken breasts. Wasn't that hungry after the workout, but forced myself to eat this relatively small meal. 12:30pm: more chicken breast (5.5 oz), roasted green beans and a half can of coconut milk. 1:30pm: (snack) 3 carrots and handful of kalamata olives 6:30pm: shrimp, coconut milk, carrots, and cauliflauer 7:30pm: chicken and olives Not feeling hungry at all between meals.
