And used to get 10 oz and now am down to 7 oz. my baby is 7 months and gets plenty on weekends and is supplemented by food now. I am worried because I send 15 oz a day to daycare and my freezer stash is finally gone. I am okay supplementing some with formula but don't want to risk my milk going down any more. All the tricks I know include food we can't have on Whole30 like oatmeal. Any suggested snacks or meals that will help? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The input I got so far was to eat more fat. Do post what you're eating. Keep in mind that stress is a huge supply zapper. I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry.
