The Greek Salad recipe calls for the juice of half of a lemon, but the lemons I got this time are much smaller than the ones I usually see.  I was wondering what volume of juice the recipe intended instead of just guessing.  Thanks

Maybe about a tablespoon? Start with that, and when you taste it, it seems like it needs more, you can always add a little.
