    I started on Jan 2 and this doesn't suck.

    I am glad you brought that up because I read that too and I felt so defeated when I read it. I am wondering if they were ranking the diets for weight loss and Whole 30 doesn't necessarily focus on weight loss? I am just guessing. But it really put a damper on my day and made me wonder if I was doing the right thing for myself.

    January 2nd start date

    Day 2 was really good for me. I didn't have the "hangover" feeling like some have, I was just hungry off and on when it wasn't time to eat. But I did not sleep well and I am normally a sound sleeper. So today Day 3 I am really really tired. Otherwise I am ready to keep going!

    Ahh, yes, changing to black coffee will be hard for me too. I usually use "natural bliss", and I have been cutting back each day. Today there is not much in it, but I need to go ahead and cut it completely.

    I am starting January 2nd, also! I am very nervous. I am afraid that I will not have food prepared and I will be hungry and make poor choices! But I am looking forward to feeling better, to having energy, to seeing what other amazing improvements that I will find!!
