    Hi all, I'm in week 2 of my first Whole30 and doing well, but I'm really struggling for breakfast ideas that don't include eggs! I like eggs, but everyday is a bit much. What else can I have that includes protein? Thanks in advance.

    I am excited to start my first Whole30 on August 3rd. I was recently diagnosed with both fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. The first thing my doctors recommended was medication. I wanted to try a more natural approach, and when I asked my doctor about the link between food and fibromyalgia, he said there wasn't really research to support it! When I mentioned this to my chiropractor he rolled his eyes and suggested trying the Whole30. I am looking forward to see if I can make a connection between food, my pain, and my fatigue!
