    FEBRUARY 1, 2017 Start Date? JOIN THIS THREAD!!

    Hi whole30ers, my mom called last night and told me something I wanted to share with you all. In the beginning of this journey (day 4ish) I went to a baby shower and had to pass up lots of yummy treats and desserts. The people sitting around me asked why I wasn't eating anything but veggies. I told them about the whole30 program and how it brings awareness to what we put in our bodies. My mom ran into one of those ladies from the shower the other day and she told her how she had cleaned up her diet and started to notice changes. She said I inspired her to become more healthy! NSV just when I thought it was becoming pointless, I learn I'm inspiring others to live a healthy life, which is one of the reasons I started in the beginning. I hope you all are enjoying your whole30 changes. We are almost there, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!

    FEBRUARY 1, 2017 Start Date? JOIN THIS THREAD!!

    Good morning all, Its the beginning of day 17 for me and I am anxiously looking forward to the tiger blood!! During the past 17 days, I have realized not only that our society is so focused on being food centered, but also how easy it can be to get past saying no. I have spent a lot of time traveling and staying in different towns during this time, and i'm alone on my journey, although my husband supports me. I got used to packing my ice chest full of snacks and usually something like spaghetti squash or "chili" that I can heat up and eat. There has been multiple meals that he eats what we usually would eat and I eat only compliant foods, and after he is so stuffed and doesn't want to do anything, but I feel satisfied and energetic. Food really is fuel, and since i've realized that its easier to pass on a sweet treat then suffer in regret all night this has become much easier. Guys, we made it thorough the Super Bowl, Valentines Day, and tiger blood is right around the corner! Lets do this!!!

    Hang in there! It's gunna get better! I felt like that the other day too... Take some time for yourself, paint your nails, sit in the hot tub, take a bath, whatever you like that's your time with no distractions. You can do it!

    FEBRUARY 1, 2017 Start Date? JOIN THIS THREAD!!

    Hi guys!! I'm on day 14 of my first while 30. So far it's going ok. I'm a hunter so getting clean and fresh meat is super convenient since my freezer is full of it! I've tried lots of different meals and definitely not bored of meals yet. The biggest problem I'm finding is it seams the "kill all the things" stage comes in waves. One moment I'll feel invincible, then I just want to cry or punch things. Anyone else feel this way, and what do you do to make yourself feel better?
