    Starting March 1st

    Day 31! Reintroduction yay. So I decided to skip legumes due to the fact thay I don't eat them enough or like ever to worry about them. So I tried non-gluten grains this morning, oats. It seems to be okay, I definitely feel a bit more bloated but I also have my period so hard to tell. My body doesn't really like breakfast before 9 anyways so hopefully it doesn't effect me but if it does I hope I'll know sooner rather than later. Congratulations everyone, we did it!

    Day 17 Wahoo!! Well I keep hoping I'll wake up with some tigers blood but that hasn't happened yet. I have noticed my knees don't hurt unless I'm like constantly getting up and down and my face is thinner. I don't really have cravings anymore and if I do they don't last long. I'm fairly satisfied with my three meals a day just hating all the dishes (no dishwasher). All in all I'm still thrilled with my results and enjoy eating healthy. None of my meals are ever boring.

    @angledge Mostly pickled green beans or I cook lots of chicken thighs so I have handy for extra protein.

    Day 12, well definitely having a bit of a snack-ish day but I'm pretty sure that's due to all the physical work I do and being on shark week. I have eaten good meals with lots of fat and protein so I never felt massively hungry just peckish every once in awhile.

    Day 11! I'm super impressed with myself. We have guests over so my boyfriend ordered pizza for everyone and I made myself some chicken thighs, asparagus, zucchini and mushrooms with red potato mash. As much as the pizza smelt and looked amazing and I reaallly wanted it, I want to finish whole30 more. 19 days to go people, we got this!!

    Well day 9 has also proven difficult. I couldn't get breakfast in this morning due to being up too early for work. I didn't want anything and I really mean ANYTHING haha. Thankfully I had a larabar in my pocket for when my stomach decided food was okay. I'm also not tired of eggs just hard boiled eggs sadly. Gotta work on that since that's my go to protein in the morning. Hope everyone is doing great so far!!!

    Day 8! Had a hard time getting my protein in this morning at 4:30am. I made sure to at least fill up on my fat instead. Lunch was leftover shepherds pie and was amazing. Dinner just isn't doing it for me. Made chilli but just don't like it and still hungry but don't have energy to make a new meal. Also out of eggs so I can't even do that.

    Had my first dream about non-compliant food. I'm pretty sure it was a calzone but all I really remember is being upset about having start over haha. I'm still not sleeping well but I hope in the next few days that changes. Bring On Day 6!!

    Well day 5 has proven to me kinda challenging. I ate totally on point today which is awesome, but I also started a new job today which is very physically demanding and my body is just exhausted. I literally cannot wait for the tigers blood. Dinner is gonna be a nice big steak cause I'm craving red meat like crazy (yay to being anemic) with sautéed mushrooms and asparagus in clarified butter. Yum yum. Hope everyone else is doing well on day 5!

    @Elizabeth22 I totally understand! My boyfriend ate Wendy's in front of me and ugh so difficult, specially in Kill all the things stage.

    Day 4: I'm completely miserable about the things I can't eat. Physically I feel fine, no real bloating, "hangover" feeling either. My mood on the other hand is something way less desirable. Hoping this will pass and I'll feel better.

    Day 2 was another success. I expected to have the "hangover" effect happen to me either yesterday or today on Day 3 but that doesn't seem to be happening (not complaining). I haven't noticed any changes yet but hoping the more days I go the more results I'll see. Hope everybody rocks Day 3!!

    First day! Hope its going well for people. I started my morning at 4am for work so I ate a banana with almond butter and a hard boiled egg before running out the door. I haven't decided what to have for lunch yet but I'm feeling pretty confident so far.

    I am also starting March 1st. Sadly it's just me in my household doing it so cleaning out the cupboards isn't happening. It'll be nice to see other people's progress with the same start date.
