    Thank you for the advice. I have been making Whole30 compliant dishes but not combining them into a "meal" and definitely have been light on the fats. This was helpful!
  2. Stomach growling

    I am in Day 3 and experiencing a growling stomach. Don't know how and if I should eat a small snack. I'm so nervous that it will compromise the program. Day 1 I ate some almonds and Day 2 I had a banana. Today I had a 1/4 cup of albacore tuna w/avocado mayo & olives. Is this OK??? I am an active person (running, volleyball, swimming) so I want to maintain my activity level. HELP!!
