  1. I’m not a huge fan of a strong coconut flavor. I enjoy the original Nutpods and use that in sauces since it’s a mix of things and I don’t taste the coconut, but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a good sub for the thick canned coconut milk that’s often called for in recipes? Maybe Nutpods with some gelatin added in or something? Starting my second Whole30 round in Sept and wanted to figure out a few options beforehand as to what I could use when looking at recipes and meal planning.
