  1. I’m new to this and already know it’s going to be a challenge. My first day will be tomorrow. I have lots of bad habits to overcome-No structured eating regimen since I’m basically a picker and snacker and carb lover. Love butter on bread, crackers and enjoy chocolate daily. I’m always hungry. I have read the book to prepare and have all the ingredients necessary to prepare meals. I really need to get weight off and I’m hoping this will do the trick.
