  2. I agree with all the folks who said dairy, wheat and sugar all affect their sinuses negatively. Any time I eat one of those three I get all stuffed up. Whole 30 has helped my allergies immensely, so I hope you get some good results. Something else that has helped me is sinus rinsing. I use a squeeze bottle and saline solution from NeilMed ( - I am in no way affiliated with them; I just use the product.) I find it easier than a neti pot. A good probiotic helps too. Kudos to you if you can get the good bacteria from fermented foods, but I'm getting some help from a supplement. Good luck.
