  1. I have a similar problem. I'm on day 8 and always get hungry about 4or 4:30. That makes sense, since i eat lunch around noon or 12:30. Unfortunately, my family's schedule doesn't allow for dinner until 6:30. What should I eat when I'm hungry to keep me going until 6:30? One palm of nuts seems to leave me hungry again in a half hour. Would a boiled egg be ok? Thanks so much!

    Living in Australia

    I have moved from the US to Sydney, Australia, and am finding it hard to buy Whole30 compliant products. (ie bacon, deli meat etc) Any one else have this problem, or a suggestion as how to navigate around it? Thanks! I'm new to Whole30. On day 6 and so happy to be following a new and healthy path - just for me!
