Looking forward to starting my first-ever Whole30 on January 1st! I've made some changes to my diet over the last few months, lost some weight, and feel ready to tackle a Whole30 successfully! I'm hoping it will help me fine-tune my nutrition and take my results to the next level. I picked up the book last week and am working my way through it. I already meal plan and prep on a weekly basis and my kitchen is nearly Whole30-compliant. I will be ready by the 1st! I welcome any and all advice for a successful start!
