Glad to hear everyone is doing well! I’m on day 7. Today is my first day back at work in two weeks. It will also be my first day having to deal with people questioning my food choices. I am intolerant to wheat and dairy, so it makes it a bit easier explain why I am doing a whole 30 when people ask. Besides some “want to kill all the things” moments. I feel pretty good. Still craving wine, drinking lots of tea instead. My biggest issue is having patience with the process. I want to see a difference in my waistline today. I need to focus on staying pain free instead.
