    Dry skin/itchiness?

I think we are. We will have avocado and nuts, nut butter, olive oil, etc. with our meals. After reading a bit more, I'm thinking maybe it's a hormone adjustment...

    Dry skin/itchiness?

My husband and I are on Day 17 (!!!) of our first round and we are both experiencing drier skin than usual for the winter... Is anyone else experiencing higher than average dry skin or itchiness? I'm not sure if it's related to something we're eating (or not eating anymore) that's causing it, but thought I'd see if anyone else has had this experience. Thanks! (PS: LOVING this program)

    Itchy skin

I thought so too, but figured maybe it's something I should ask if others experienced... I'm not usually prone to itchy or dry skin, so I thought it was a little odd...

    Itchy skin

Hi all, I just started my first Whole30 yesterday (1/7) and last night and on and off today, I've noticed that my skin (mostly my scalp) is itchy. I've been drinking tons of water, but it doesn't seem to be reducing the itchiness. Has anyone else experienced this? I've been slowly integrating some W30 foods and decreasing dairy and wheat/oats, etc., the last week or so before I started yesterday. Any feedback would be great. Thank you!

Coffee with nutpods alone or part of meal?

Thanks so much! Appreciate the feedback. We started adding in Nutpods and removing cream/milk about two weeks ago so I already noticed I'm not craving coffee as much as I was. I'm glad for the change there already! Your comments definitely make sense. Thank you!!
  6. Good morning! Today is Day One for me and I'm very excited to be here! I've started using Nutpods in my coffee, which has helped already break the craving for milk/cream, and for coffee overall. But I do have a question about the mechanics of the plan. I will usually start my day with coffee before breakfast... Now that I'm using the Nutpods, is it still okay to drink the coffee outside of an actual meal setting since the Nutpods are more a fat? I wasn't sure if this is now considered more of a snack that I should avoid... Thank you!

How do you drink your coffee on whole30?

I've switched to Nutpods. They've been great in breaking the craving for cream, and for coffee overall.
