  1. Hi All, having not started yet, I fear that I am going to miss cheese more than anything. I have it daily. Other dairy products don’t bother me too much (even though I have milk with my coffee everyday now). I guess I’m looking for advice on how to get over these cravings that I know I will have.
  2. Hi! Im Annie! Super excited to be starting my W30 journey! I wish I could start sooner, however, I have relatives visiting from abroad that want to experience British food. Cannot wait to start my whole 30 detox! Any words of advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated!
