  1. I just finished my Whole30 and have decided to stay on for another week or so, then to begin reintroduction. I decided to do the Whole30 to gain more control over my cravings and tendency to overeat. However, I feel like that hasn't happened - I still tend to keep eating even after I feel full, I think about my next meal shortly after having the previous one, and can't seem to gain control or freedom in that area. I also feel like I am putting on some weight, feeling bloated all the time, and have lost the energy I felt during my 3rd and 4th weeks of the Whole30, despite not changing what or how I eat. Has anyone had similar issues and can offer some guidance? Thank you!!
