Hey guys. I am needing help with finding easier meals to make during the week. I am currently on day 21 of my whole30... but I'm lacking inspiration. I bought two whole30 cook books and the recipes are great and delicious, but they are very time consuming. I work a M-F 6:45-5 job. I get home and typically make dinner and lunch for the next days (leftovers are my friends). The problem is that my family won't eat until 8 or 9 that evening. I want to make it a habit to have dinner closer to 6 or 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
