  2. Hello Everyone! Great job @kirbz! That's an awesome NSV to share! I'm on day 15. So far this Whole30 has been much easier for me. I have noticed lately that my clothes are fitting better, but I am still a bit tired. I have also been experiencing some digestive distress, not sure if anyone else has experienced that at the midway point, as well. My husband and I are running a 5k race together on the 21st, and I am looking forward to that as another NSV under my belt. Before I had children, I ran a lot. I've since slowed down, but I am so looking forward to getting back in the swing of it!
  3. Hi everyone! Just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. So far, I've felt ok. This time around it seems a bit easier for me. Definitely think the proper prep beforehand has helped. Kristen
  4. Hello Everyone! I'm Kristen, and I am starting my third attempt at the Whole30. I struggled the past two times and I am hoping to be successful at this round. I have definitely planned more this time around. I already know that I have some dietary sensitivities, but I have let my diet slide a lot since having my two children. My goal this time around is to really be able to see what does, in fact, bother my system and that I have a healthier view of food and eating afterwards.
