  1. Hello juju2 here I'm on day 8 of my 1st Whole 30. Between the fatigue & fog of RA & fibro I needed to try a new approach and take things into my own hands hoping to find the foods that are causing the triggers that are causing flares that lasting longer and longer. so far the fatigue and the weakness are getting to me but I'm sticking with it. eating healthier and it will get better! Right?
  2. Day 8 & peanutbutter has been my hardest quit.
