    No reaction to reintroduced

    If it’s possible for a food to bother you if you continue eating it then why is reintroduction of a food group only one day? Wouldn’t it be more effective to see the true result of that food if you ate it over 2 or 3 days?
  2. I completed whole30 and have started reintroducing food groups individually. If I have no reaction the day I reintroduce a food and no reaction the next day that I’m on whole30, can I reintroduce another food group the following day or do I have to do an additional day of whole30?
