Hi everyone! I successfully finished my first round of Whole30.. YAY!!!
I come with a question about my results- why didn’t I feel anything? I really wanted to feel Tiger Blood and I wouldn’t be lying if I said I wasn’t hoping to de bloat. My clothes are just as tight, if not tighter, than before Whole30. That being said I am prefacing this post with this: I know that the point of Whole30 is NOT to lose weight, but, I did not even feel an increase in general.
