  1. This is my first Whole 30 and I'm on day 2! Feeling excited but also a little nervous. Anyone have any good advice?
  2. Overall I'm feeling pretty good, I've been able to stay in a good mindset and I'm excited for how I am going to feel. But I find knowing I have 28 days ahead of me really daunting. I know I will have to take it day by day, but does anyone have any good inspiration, or things you told yourself that helped you get through? Thank you!
