  1. I’ve finished whole 30 didn’t feel great whole time now slowly reintroducing non gluten group I hurt all over why?
  2. I am mostly vegetarian I do eat eggs and have added some fish seafood to be successful on whole 30 . This is day 22 and I’m starting to be hungry I find I basically eat breakfast and dinner if I have lunch I’m forcing it do you really need to eat 3 meals every day?
