  1. I did Whole30 in January and just introduced corn yesterday with some canned corn at lunch and a corn muffin with dinner. Initially I thought it went well (although I did want to eat multiple corn muffins!), but last night I woke up sometime between 2 and 3 and could not get back to sleep. I have not had any sleep issues since starting Whole30. Has anyone else had similar experiences with corn?
