  2. I did a 90 day Whole30 last year. It was great! I started another Whole30 this week and I cannot recall if the following foods are allowed: - mustard/mustard seeds - tahini/sesame seeds - natural flavors - chia and flax seeds - sunflower seeds Thank you for your help!
