  1. Does anyone do this? Like straight up put some olive oil or avocado oil on veggies or potatoes? I’m picky about my fat (trust me, I’ve gotten a million recommendations now but my options are limited). Today I put some avocado oil on my potatoes and veggies. How much should I be using? I heard 1-2 tablespoons (closer to 2 because I’m a big person), but it seemed like my food was swimming in oil and it was very unsatisfying! Is this healthy to do or recommended at all? Should I limit how often I use straight up oil as my plated fat? Thanks!

  4. I'm still in the planning stage (starting on Saturday)! I am struggling with understanding the plated fat part. I don't like olives or dressings like Mayo. I do like olive oil though. Sorry for the list of questions, but hopefully I can get it over with in one post 1) Does cooking something IN the oil count as a plated fat or no? If I cook some chicken patties with heated olive oil, is that my fat? 2) Does Ghee need to be refrigerated after opening? Do I have to cook it to use it?   5. I am going to be doing this for the month of May! My life can be busy (as most people's lives). I work full time and have a toddler. I often meal plan and then something happens (I don't have a certain ingredient, we have something come up that keeps us out later than planned, or I'm not feeling well and it completely wrecks the meal plan). I need solid ideas for back up meals. Things I can keep on hand but won't go to waste. Things that are EASY and QUICK, so if something does come up, I can just throw it together in 20 minutes or so without falling off the bandwagon. Ideas? T

I've seen some, but wasn't sure if it'd really be sustainable for 30 days for me I think I'm going to try to plan out a meal plan (I'm a planner, so have to plan 30 days of meals - plus meals for my husband and son) because I know I won't stick to it otherwise. I think I'll start on May 1st! Yay!!
