  1. Is grain-free “noatmeal” allowed as a warm breakfast? It’s been a favorite egg free, low carb option over the years. The ingredients (below) align, but is mimicking oatmeal allowed? Ground pecans and walnuts, coconut flour & shreds, chia, flax, cinnamon, W30 approved protein powder, and warm canned coconut milk. Drizzle with homemade almond butter and add a few blueberries. Yum… especially during these cool mornings.
