Hello! I’m actually just about to start Whole 30, but am wondering how to navigate foods that my digestive system is sensitive to—in my case citrus and peppers. I tend to get bloating and diarrhea the second day. Of course I can just avoid them completely, but they are not typically avoided as part of Whole 30, and I would like to get more information about how my body responds to them. Should I avoid them completely, and then add them in after the 30 days as part of re-introduction? Or eat them during the 30 days to see if I experience any less problems—and stop if I don’t?
