  1. Hi everyone, I am checking out the plant based option, which I was happy to see. I did the original plan years ago, but have been vegan now for 2 years. I always feel bloated and I feel like I eat healthy, but I guess I need a change. Is it still possible to get the replay you talked about for the intro session? would be much appreciated. I am hoping to figure out what I am doing and will go shopping. by the way, what do you all have for breakfast? I have been an oatmeal girl for years, so I need something else. preferably nothing I have to really cook or prep in the morning,
